You will need to be set up by 9:30 am and parking will be available for vendors close by the tent area.

Serving Time: Tastings & Closed containers 10:00am; By the glass 11:00am

Please be aware that there will be a parade starting at 10am, so roads will be closed off. You will need to be set up and vehicle moved well in advance! Feel free to advertise with banners, signs, and flags at your tent.

A farm market status for the festival will be in effect which allows you to sell sealed bottles of wine or sealed liquor of any kind, as

well as offering tastings. As of August 1, 2010, NY wineries no longer need to obtain “no fee” permits from the State Liquor Authority (SLA) to legally sell their NY labeled wines at farmers’ markets officially designated as such by the State Ag. Department. The

Festival has been officially “designated” as a farmer’s market event. Craft Breweries (60,000 gallons or less) will need to obtain a Farmer’s Market Permit and have it posted at the Festival.

Be prepared to show sale evidence by the end of the day.

We must have a valid copy of your NYS Permission to Collect Sales and Use Tax Certificate with this registration.
