Please initial each of the following statements after reading each section on the previous Vendor page.
_____ I have read, understand and will comply and carry out all details of tent size, regulations of safety, regulations of
stakes, equipment and merchandise being sold.
_____ I will have my structure completely unloaded by 9:00am set up by 10:00 the day of the Festival, and will not close my
booth until 5:00pm.
I will totally be off the Festival grounds by 7:00pm.
_____ I have read, understand and will comply with the rules of my personal conduct and in my merchandise, labels, signs
and containers. I will dispose of all litter in dumpster provided not in trash barrels.
____ I will attend the Festival rain or shine.
_____ I have included with my registration a copy of my New York State Vendor’s License ,a canopy fire label - if applicable,
& product list.
