Vendor’s Area
•Booths must be on site and UNLOADED by 9:00am. Merchandise must be ready for sale by 10:00am.
Friday afternoon and evening set up times are available from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm
•Vendors are to supply their own tents, tables and chairs and are responsible for the tent to be
secure for any weather. Trailer canopies should be rolled up in heavy winds.

You are advised to bring your own shims for leveling and safety. The festival will not have
this kind of material available for you. All trailers must have shocks under the tires.
•Vendors are allowed as many vehicles as they choose but all must be parked off the Festival Streets not at your booth site. Vendor parking is NOT being assigned.
•All trash, cardboard and recyclables are to be taken to the dumpsters before leaving and not left at
the trash barrels on the sidewalks.
•No vendor may dismantle until 5:00pm, and all materials must be off site by 7:00pm the day of
the Festival, unless special pre-arrangements are made with the festival committee.
•All food vendors must have a Health Permit issued by Yates County before setting up at the
Festival.
•Stand alone tents larger than 10 X10 feet need a copy of the fire proof canopy label.
