Again this year there will be no competitions for Pipes, Drums or Bands. We encourage you to attend, relax and enjoy a festival that has the heart of the Highlands.








Rules for disbursement:


  1. 1.Each band must have no less than 10 playing members, excluding flag/color guards. Playing members consist of any member playing a musical instrument.

  2. 2.Each band will give a 10 minute set on the Festival grounds

  3. 3.Each band should participate in the massed band Opening Ceremony

  4. 4.Each band is to participate during the Massed Band held at 4:00pm

  5. 5.The above requirements met, a check for $1,000 will be sent to the address stipulated on your contract form within one week from the end of the Festival.


Smaller bands, groups of pipes, or solos are welcome and encouraged to attend and participate and Massed Band. Reimbursed fees for their travel is on a one -on-one basis for consideration. Please call 315-729-2124 for this discussion.

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED: Registration is open to all returning bands from January 1st to May 1, 2014. Registration to new bands is only open after May 1st 2015. If you have participated with us before, please be sure you register promptly. Only 3 bands will be accepted so FIRST COME, FIRST ACCEPTED!!!
